It's Captain Malibu
The pilot begins with the Twelve Forever logo flashing over a school surrounded by blankets of snow. It is lunch time at the school. The scence changes to a hallway in the scool, in the hallway, we can see students eating in the school's cafeteria. Then the scene changes to a girl playing with her action figure while a boy plays his guitar while she sings at one of the lunch tables.
